Who we are

onmedic is a health-tech studio operated by ArnoHealth S.L. and founded by Albert Arnó. For 26 years we have engineered eHealth systems for hospitals, research centers, pharmaceutical labs and medical centers, and shipped our own line of privacy-first medical and sports apps.

How we work

We build privacy-first: on-device by default, minimal cloud exposure, and only the data a system genuinely needs. The same principle serves both sides of what we do: the discretion institutions require, and the data ownership our app users expect.

Discretion by design

We do not publish our clients’ names. In clinical and research settings, discretion is a requirement, not a marketing choice, so we treat it as a feature of how we build.

We ship our own products

We are not only a services studio. We design, build and operate our own products, which means we live with the same engineering, privacy and compliance constraints we bring to client work. full product line.
