1. Who we are
This policy applies to the Acros mobile app (com.alarno.acros), published by ArnoHealth S.L. (onmedic), Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@onmedic.com. App support: cfacros@hotmail.com.
2. Your pelvic health stays on your device
Self-assessment answers, exercise plans, clinical history and progress are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload this clinical content to our servers or use it for advertising. You do not need to provide your name, email or phone number to use the app.
3. Technical account and free access
This first version of Acros is free, with no subscriptions, paid purchases, trial period or promotional codes. The app creates an anonymous Firebase account in the background. Google/Firebase processes its technical identifier and the device identifiers needed to operate the app. These records do not contain your clinical answers or exercise history.
4. Videos, notifications and internet access
Videos and language resources may be downloaded over encrypted connections and stored locally for offline use. Hosting and network providers can process ordinary connection data, such as IP addresses and request times. Local reminders require notification permission, which you can change in device settings. Downloaded videos and local clinical data can be removed using the app or your device controls.
5. Optional diagnostics
Technical error reporting through Sentry is enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings → Privacy and diagnostics. Reports may include app and operating-system versions, device model, language, the affected screen and technical error traces. Reports are designed to exclude clinical answers, names, email addresses, screenshots and screen recordings. We do not use advertising tracking or sell your data.
6. Purposes, legal basis and providers
Technical account processing is necessary to provide the service; diagnostic processing supports our legitimate interest in app reliability, with an in-app opt-out. Clinical processing takes place on the device to provide the functions you request. Providers include Google/Firebase, Sentry and content-hosting services acting under their applicable terms and safeguards. Apple and Google Play process app distribution under their own policies. Processing outside the EEA may occur under applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention and deletion
Local clinical data remains on your device until you delete it; uninstalling may remove local history and downloads. Technical account records are retained while necessary for service operation and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Uninstalling does not automatically erase server-side technical records. Use the in-app account deletion option or request deletion at info@onmedic.com without sending clinical history.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Because clinical history is local and the technical account is pseudonymous, we may need a limited technical reference to locate server-side records. The app is intended for adults.
9. Changes and contact
We will publish updates to this policy at this URL with a revised date. Privacy: info@onmedic.com. App support: cfacros@hotmail.com.
