1. Service and licence
Acros provides guided pelvic floor exercises, self-assessment, planning, progress tracking and educational content. ArnoHealth S.L. grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms and the rules of your app store.
2. Health information
Acros is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. It does not replace professional advice, assessment, treatment or follow-up. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you have pain, persistent symptoms, urinary incontinence, a high-risk pregnancy, recent surgery or other clinical concerns. Stop exercising if you experience pain.
3. Responsible use
Use the app responsibly and follow your healthcare professional’s guidance. Self-assessment-based exercise suggestions are informational aids; they do not establish a clinical diagnosis or guarantee a result. The app is intended for adults.
4. Free access
This first version of Acros provides full access free of charge, without subscriptions, in-app purchases, trial periods or promotional codes. Any future paid offering will be disclosed before purchase and will require an explicit purchase decision.
5. Offline use and local history
Initial setup, downloads and access verification may require an internet connection. Downloaded content can be used offline where supported. Local clinical history is not a cloud backup and may be lost when you clear storage, uninstall the app or replace your device.
6. Privacy
The Acros Privacy Policy explains local clinical storage, technical account records, optional diagnostics and your rights. It is available at https://onmedic.com/acros/privacy/.
7. Intellectual property
The app’s software, videos, texts and design are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may not redistribute proprietary content or misuse the service. Third-party licences remain applicable.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the app reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific health outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update the service and these terms and publish the current version here. Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction.
