Privacy Policy (Local Apps)

Last updated: July 1, 2026

ArnoHealth S.L. ("onmedic", "we", "us", "our") develops mobile applications with a strict privacy-first approach. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in our mobile applications that operate entirely locally on your device (the "App").

1. No Server-Side Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to remote servers. All information you input, record, or track within the App is stored exclusively on your own mobile device (e.g., using local databases, preferences, or device storage files).

We do not have access to, nor do we monitor or view, any of your inputs, fitness metrics, health data, or personal details recorded within the App.

2. Device-Level Permissions and Identifiers

Depending on the specific functionality of the App, it may request access to certain features on your mobile device (such as Bluetooth, local notifications, or device-level health databases like Apple Health or Google Fit). These permissions are used exclusively to process data on-device to provide the App's utilities.

The App may access or generate a unique device identifier (such as a device ID or installation ID) solely for local operating purposes (for example, managing local notifications, widgets, or verifying store purchase licenses locally). This identifier is not transmitted to our servers, nor is it linked with any personal information.

3. No Third-Party Sharing or Sale

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, it is impossible for us to share, sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your data remains entirely under your control on your physical device.

4. Data Retention and Backups

All data generated by the App is retained on your device until you choose to delete the App, reset its storage, or clear your device. Since we do not back up your data remotely, you are responsible for using your device's native backup services (e.g., iCloud, Google One) to safeguard your data.

5. Children's Privacy

Our local Apps do not collect or transmit any data, meaning we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age of 13 (or any other age).

6. Your Rights

As a user based in the European Union (under GDPR) or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you retain full ownership and rights over your data. Because all data is stored on-device, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, and erasure directly by reviewing, editing, or deleting the data within the App, or by uninstalling the App from your device.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.
