ArnoHealth S.L. ("onmedic", "we", "us", "our") develops mobile applications with a strict privacy-first approach. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information in our mobile applications that require authentication or connect to our online cloud services (the "App").

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to provide the App's functionalities. This includes:

  • Account Information: If you sign in using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or manual email registration, we receive basic profile information (such as your unique account ID, name, email address, and profile picture URL) to create and authenticate your account.
  • App-Specific Data: Any inputs, metrics, records, settings, or statistics you record in the App that are designed to be backed up or synchronized across devices are securely transmitted to and stored on our remote cloud servers.
  • Device Identifiers: We may access or store unique device IDs (such as installation IDs or push notification tokens) solely to validate your app store purchases or send you local/push notifications.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases and for the following purposes:

  • Performance of a Contract: To authenticate you, maintain your account, and synchronize your data/settings across your devices.
  • Legitimate Interests: To troubleshoot issues, secure our APIs and cloud services from abuse, and verify active application licenses.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to third parties.

We only share your data with essential third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and database providers, e.g., Google Firebase, Amazon Web Services) that process information strictly on our behalf under data processor contracts that comply with the GDPR. We do not allow these providers to use your data for their own marketing or any other purposes.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Our servers are located in secure data centers within the European Union or jurisdictions offering equivalent levels of data protection.

We retain your personal data and app-specific records only for as long as you maintain an active account with us. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, either directly from the settings menu within the App (where available) or by emailing us at info@onmedic.com. Once requested, your data will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
