Privacy Policy for Black Stars

This Privacy Policy describes how ArnoHealth S.L. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Black Stars mobile game (Package/Bundle ID: com.arnohealth.blackStars, referred to as the "App").
1. No Gameplay Data Collection
Black Stars is a single-player game. Your campaign progress, settings, and any other gameplay data are stored exclusively on your own device using local storage. We do not collect, view, monitor, or transmit your gameplay data to any server, and there is no user account or registration of any kind.
2. Crash and Diagnostic Data (Sentry)
To detect and fix bugs, the App uses Sentry, a third-party crash-reporting and application-monitoring service. When the App crashes or encounters an error, Sentry automatically collects technical diagnostic information such as the device model, operating system version, app version, error stack traces, and session timestamps. In release builds, the App also sends anonymized performance traces for a sample of sessions to help us identify performance issues.
This diagnostic data is technical in nature and is not linked to your identity, your gameplay content, or any account, since the App has none. It is used exclusively to keep the App stable and performant. This data is processed by Sentry (hosted in the EU) under its own privacy policy, available at sentry.io/privacy.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play billing. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details or billing information — these are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own respective privacy policies. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so the unlock can be applied and restored on your device(s).
4. No Third-Party Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Beyond the anonymized technical diagnostics described above and the purchase confirmation handled by the app store, no data leaves your device.
5. Data Retention
Gameplay data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Crash and diagnostic data sent to Sentry is retained according to Sentry's own data retention policy and is not retained by us beyond what is necessary to investigate and resolve issues.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal data and has no account system, so we do not knowingly collect personal data from children of any age.
7. Your Rights under GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of any data processed on our behalf, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD at aepd.es). Since gameplay data lives only on your device, you can exercise access, rectification, and erasure directly by using or uninstalling the App.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with an updated "Last updated" date.
